Happy April Everyone!

We have had a jam packed month filled with Spiritual Highs and Fun! (sometimes so much fun that Mommy finds herself in the fetal position).  But no bother, I made it to May and there is so much to be grateful for its hard to let it get you down for too long.

Clint: Still an angel.  We are so blessed to have a dad that mows the lawn on a weeknight after cooking and flying solo so that he can take the kiddos to the movies on the weekend. I couldn't be prouder to claim Clint as my trophy husband :)

Wendy:  Ever the busy bee trying to discover the magic of the word no.  That is just a mysterious word.  There is so much good in the world to do!  But, I am finding that the absolute BEST thing is to take care of my family.  I love making memories with them and our morning snuggles.

Christian: 10 years old!  We went to Malibu Grand Prix for his bday, he is aged, he drove the race car while Mom and Dad watched and got a hole in 1 at Mini Golf.  Christian also got straight A's this year and rocked his CRCT's.  Christian tried to get mature enough NOT to color eggs this year- but his Mom declared that "Illegal due to premature aging".

Alyssa: Becoming quite the lil tweeny bopper!  Loves to make up cheers at recess, drawing, inventing fancy hair styles, and riding her new "Pop Star" bike (complete with speakers for her MP3 player).  Alyssa and I have been discussing leaders in history like Jimmy Carter and Martin Luther King-am I in the Twilight Zone?  Her brain is so mature, its impressive and a little scary.

Tyler: Tank can be found filling water balloons daily after school.  (Mom can be found daily grimacing at the balloon bits scattered across the lawn).  When I said good night to Tyler the other day he said, "Mom-I am going to give you a romantic kiss".  I said, "Tyler, Mommas kiss their kids on the cheek."  He replied, "I am gonna kiss you like its our anniversary!".  Yikes.  Fathers, lock up your daughters in about 10 years.  We call this kid pure joy, and if you wonder why- ask him to smile.

Ray: Ray o sunshine or a dark cloud.  This 2 year old has 2 speeds, absolute charmer (Charmosa pequena is her grandpas nickname for her) or run fast cuz she is possessed!  We love our little nugget, nuggie do, snugget.  The kids can't wait to wake her up in the mornings, Daddy loves it when she waves and says "DIE!" (she means bye). And momma loves eating lunch together all alone.  She is the perfect caboose to our crazy train!

This is what matters most.
